Verified operating file

Run a founder–agent mission with receipts — and know what is safe to ship.

Launchfiles turns ambiguous startup work into a bounded mission: work order, gates, visible result, approval boundary, and next action. No open-ended autonomy, no “done” without evidence.

Approval is a trust boundary: no autonomous publishing, no production mutation, and no “done” claim without evidence.

01 / Result surface

Every real mission should end in a usable founder workspace.

Launchfiles is useful when the result says what was asked, what exists, what is missing, what approval allows, and what an external agent can safely continue.

What was asked

Mission summary

The result starts with the founder ask and the useful output, not a transcript replay.

What exists

Artifact preview

The founder sees the brief, repair list, content draft, route packet, or blocked state.

What is safe

Readiness truth

Partial work stays partial. Receipts are only claimed when execution actually happened.

What can continue

Agent handoff

External agents get artifacts, approvals, warnings, receipts, and boundaries without reading chat.

Website analysis, UX/CRO repair, topical authority, SEO route growth, and content work are capacities. A mission can use them when requested; Launchfiles should never pretend evidence-backed execution happened before receipts exist.

02 / The problem

AI agents move fast. Startups lose the thread.

Decisions vanish into chats. Work spreads across IDEs, documents, automations, and models. Agents report progress without durable receipts, founders become the QA layer, and the company forgets what was approved, rejected, repaired, or learned.

Failure patternMore agent activity.
Less operating memory.

03 / Operating loop

Turn startup work into a traceable loop.

Launchfiles is being built to keep founder–agent work bounded, observable, reviewable, repairable, and learnable.

  1. 01

    Signal

Capture the founder input, customer evidence, anomaly, or opportunity that matters.

  2. 02

    Decision

Record the approved direction, rationale, authority, and explicit deferrals.

  3. 03

    Work order

Bound the agent task with scope, acceptance criteria, and forbidden actions.

  4. 04

    Run

Record what actually ran, which tools were used, and what side effects occurred.

  5. 05

    Gate

Check deterministic truth first, then add model judgment only when risk justifies it.

  6. 06

    Approval

Give founders or customers the exact artifact, evidence, and action to approve or reject.

  7. 07

    Readout

Measure the outcome, preserve the evidence, and decide what to keep, improve, or stop.

  8. 08

    Memory

Promote approved lessons into reusable company context with provenance and confidence.

04 / The product object

One company. One launchfile. Durable operating context.

A launchfile is the singular operating file for one company, workspace, product, or mission context. It is not a webpage file.

Current objective
The outcome that matters now and the constraint shaping it.
Decisions
What was approved, rejected, or deferred—and why.
Scoped work orders
What agents may do, must return, and must never touch.
Receipts
Durable proof of the commands, tools, artifacts, and side effects that ran.
Gate results
Passed checks, hard blocks, evidence gaps, and repair orders.
Approvals
Exact human authority attached to an action or artifact.
Readouts
Observed results against a baseline and measurement window.
Memory updates
Evidence-backed lessons proposed for reuse, supersession, or rejection.

05 / Modules

One operating layer. Several kinds of startup work.

Website Missions is an important early module and proof surface. Page repair packages, design-system hierarchy checks, and no-publish landing briefs are available when a mission asks for them. They are capacities — not the whole product, and not automatic visual verification without screenshots.

Shows what matters now, what is blocked, what ran, and what needs approval.

Website Missions

Launchfiles Content

Supports SEO/GEO, distribution content, quality gates, and content readouts.

Content module

Agent Gateway

Is designed to let agents read, propose, and execute only within approval and receipt boundaries.

06 / Why evidence matters

AI can say “done” before the work is real.

Launchfiles makes claims inspectable. Cheap deterministic truth checks run first; expensive model judgment is reserved for risk, disagreement, and high-stakes brand, UX, or conversion decisions.

A model response, tool call, or green status is not execution proof. Serious execution exists only with a durable receipt.

  • A build passed, but the browser is broken
  • A model praised content backed by weak or invented proof
  • A workflow ran, but its side effects are unknown
  • A frontier model was used where a deterministic check would do
  • A cheap model judged a conversion-critical decision without escalation
  • A surface was labeled design-system compliant without screenshots or DOM evidence
